Online payment

Payment for the order is made on the website by card.

Completion of the order and shipment begins after receipt of funds to the account.

Payment by invoice

Payment for the order is made by bank transfer after the conclusion of the contract and the issued invoice.

Delivery methods

1. Delivery is carried out by National Post, Fedex, UPS.

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the order. The shipment of the order is carried out after receipt of advance payment for delivery in the case of sending the order by the National Post.

FEDEX International:

Delivery may take 1-2 weeks. In most cases, this service is insured. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for all destination country duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with this order.

UPS International:

2. Delivery of large orders is carried out by road, rail, sea containers.

Duties and fees

All taxes, duties and local charges in the destination country will be paid by the buyer. Our shipping cost only includes delivery to destination address / local airport or seaport (depends on delivery service).

You can contact the destination country's embassy in advance or ask the destination country's customs broker about the government (customs) regulations for your shipment.

Return of goods and money

The order can be returned within 14 days after purchase. If the product has not been used, we will return the money to you in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" (Article 9).

Details of the order must be provided for a refund.

The maximum refund time is 5 working days.
